My Story

Hey there, my name is Laura, Online Coach and Personal Trainer!
Martial Arts has been a passion of mine since I was a child. This is where my love for fitness, challenges, and seeing how far I could push myself began. I then started to coach Martial Arts as I got older and really developed a love for helping people grow on their own journey and make their own amazing achievements. This is how I realised that I wanted to help people in more ways and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals is just one of them.
